Working environment
We want to provide the best possible conditions for our employees, so we moved to a brand new office in 2023. Our office is not only modern, but also cozy and comfortable, with the possibility to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea anytime.

Travels
To strengthen our team, we choose a variety of activities outside the office. In the summer, our team travels around Lithuania, enjoying the beauty of nature and bonding through various activities. Last year, we went kayaking and strengthened both our arms and our team spirit. In winter we travel abroad. We started this year by skiing in the mountains of Slovakia. It was a great opportunity not only to test our courage, but also to bond the team through common challenges and adventures. These activities are invaluable for our employees to relax and socialize, helping to build a stronger and more trusting community.
